Care Professional Responsibilities

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients living with dementia and memory loss
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Prepare meals and assist with proper nutrition
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
Encourage safe mobility, exercise, and social engagement
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Accurately document care provided and communicate any changes in a client's condition to the office

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience is a plus
Dementia care experience is preferred
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable work ethic
