As a part-time caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Personal Care
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility (walking, transfers, using wheelchairs)
- Supporting feeding or meal assistance if needed
Household & Daily Living Tasks
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment

Going for outdoor walks, companionship, light housekeeping, supervision for safety when she walks with her walker (fall risk). Care professional with a car is preferred to take her to appointments on occasion.
