We are seeking a reliable, caring, and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a permanent case in Monroe, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building lasting relationships and providing exceptional one-on-one care in a comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement throughout the shift.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Provide medication reminders and support with daily routines.
Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care.
Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.
Reliable transportation to and from Monroe, NJ.
Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
Ability to work independently while following the client's individualized care plan.
