About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Documentation: Accurately document patient information, test results, and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and regulations

• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Guest Education: Educate guests and their families on disease management, treatment options, and wellness strategies
