About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing patient-centered care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Developing and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting (Preferred)
• Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH 44413 before starting work (Required)
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
