About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our Residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, respect, and dignity to each Resident. Our rehab-recovery suites are designed to provide an extraordinary stay, with private full baths, flat screen TVs, phones, and Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to Residents, including administering medications, treatments, and injections

• Monitor and report vital signs, physical changes, and any concerns

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the nursing team

• Communicate effectively with Residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall Resident experience

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Ohio

• 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH 44413 prior to starting work (required)
