This role offers the opportunity to blend hands-on clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You'll coach and develop staff, support onboarding and ongoing education, assist with quality improvement initiatives, and help maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.
