Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in New Bedford, MA. The Registered Nurse will provide direct resident and patient care, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, and treatment according to established clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include monitoring changes in condition, coordinating with interdisciplinary team members, and communicating with residents, patients, and families about care plans and progress. The Registered Nurse will document all care accurately, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to a supportive, person-centered environment. The role also involves mentoring nursing assistants, participating in care conferences, and helping ensure a smooth transition across different levels of care within the facility.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and nursing assistants.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and family education skills to support residents, patients, and caregivers through the care journey.
- Commitment to person-centered care, infection control, safety practices, and continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or assisted living settings is preferred but not required; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
