Qualifications for a private duty RN:


  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • A current nursing license in good standing in the state
  • One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)


Compensation & Schedule:


  • Pay: starting at $55-$58/hr *rates may vary based on client acuity and type of shift

Brief summary of purpose: The RN Nurse Case Manager (NCM) is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team focused on care coordination, care management and improving access to and quality of care for NaviCare members.
