Carease Health - NC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to deliver high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with Carease Health - NC, you will:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
Conduct on-site visits and remote consultations, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation
Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:
