Job Summary:

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the Night Shift to ensure provision of high-quality patient care
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient progress to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary, to ensure a seamless patient care experience
Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to the Night Shift team as needed
Provide education and guidance to staff on current clinical practices and standards
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of New York
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong leadership and supervision skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and standards
