As a skilled and compassionate Caregiver, you will be responsible for scheduling staffing for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Nursing Scheduler (CNA) to manage our staffing schedules, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care. In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate schedules for our nursing staff, CNA's, and other caregivers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage our staffing needs, ensuring that our residents receive uninterrupted care.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule staffing for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels

  • Coordinate with nurses, CNAs, and other caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and provide backup support as needed

  • Monitor and adjust staffing schedules as needed to address changes in resident needs or staffing availability

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including scheduling data, attendance, and payroll information

  • Collaborate with our administrative team to resolve scheduling conflicts and provide input on staffing needs and trends

Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification

  • 0+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a scheduling or administrative role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
