Under the supervision of the registered nurse:

Assists patients with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to patients and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
Demonstrates the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care.
Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance.
Other duties assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Arizona CNA/LNA license
Is aware of C.N.A. standards and performs in accordance with them.

Work is of medium demand; walking or standing most of the time while on duty.
Hours of duty may be irregular or unexpectedly extended due to the requirements of the daily surgical schedule.
