Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated CNA to join our team. You will provide compassionate in-home care, lead client visits, and support other caregivers to ensure high-quality service. This role involves flexible shifts and requires someone with experience as a CNA, Nurse, or EMT.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home visits with clients

  • Oversee and guide other caregivers

  • Coordinate care plans and report client updates

  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a CNA, Nurse, or EMT

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and on a team

  • CPR/First Aid & TB

  • Fingerprint card, background check & drug screen

  • Article 9

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & insurance

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Licensure / Certification, where required: Current state certification and experience is required. Food handlers certification where required. Current CPR is required. Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified. Pay Range USD $18.94 - USD $22.72 /Hr.

There is a 90 day probationary period from the date of this document to reevaluate the qualification for this position. Essential Responsibilities: This position will provide skilled caregiving services as needed in urgent situations. Applicants must be proficient in transfers, bathing, cooking, reporting, transportation and household needs. Field responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Quality visits, start of care new clients, and introducing new caregivers to clients. This position guarantees 30 hours per week plus extra hours at the same rate of $18.00 per hour. Overtime for hours accrued over 40 hours.
