Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $18.75/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
- Weekends: +$3/hour
- Short Shifts: +$5/hour

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide one-on-one care in a client’s home—giving you the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized support. Your role allows you to truly make a difference in someone’s daily life.

Qualifications

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Active CNA or GNA license (Maryland)
Current CPR certification
Minimum committment of 2 shifts / month
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation available during your shift
Current auto insurance
