Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver Team Lead to support residents and guide caregiving staff in our assisted living community. This role provides direct resident care while serving as a point person for caregivers during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality care, teamwork, and adherence to care plans and community policies. The ideal candidate is an experienced caregiver who leads by example, communicates effectively, and is passionate about resident dignity, safety, and well-being.
