Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in Healthcare.
- Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Supervisor, you will:
Conduct required in-home quality and compliance visits
Travel regularly to multiple client homes
Complete trainer certification and provide caregiver training as needed
Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation (first day of employment)
Complete new client onboarding paperwork, assess service needs, and determine visit cadence
Participate in Care partner orientations 2 days a week in the office setting to provide dementia training or hands on training related to transfers (hoyer, gait belt etc) and other ADLS as needed
Assist with annual performance evaluations of care partners.
Assist with providing services to clients in case of a call out or may need to fill in for a shift while oncall gets the shift staffed ( VIPS or veterans)
Participate in the rotation of oncall ( once every 3 weeks)
Perform complaint investigations
Helps with in office recruitment hiring events every quarter as needed. Also may be asked to attend Veteran focused events as needed
