Responsabilidades y Deberes:

Realizar actividades de cuidado personal que ayudan al paciente con las actividades de la vida diaria que incluyen (pero no se limitan a):

  • Higiene personal (ayudar a ir al baño o usar un orinal, bañarse, cuidado bucal, de la piel y el cabello)

  • Ambulación / Traslados

  • Comiendo

  • Vestirse / Afeitarse

  • Preparar comidas y meriendas de acuerdo con las instrucciones.

  • Acompañar al paciente en sus mandados o citas médicas.

  • Realiza actividades de limpieza que incluyen (pero no se limitan a): aspirar, despolvar, barrer o trapear pisos, lavar platos, cambiar la ropa de cama, lavar la ropa y limpiar el baño

Realizar actividades específicas para el paciente que son enseñadas por una enfermera de Right at Home. Estos podrían incluir (pero no se limitan a):

  • Recordatorios de medicamentos

  • Ayudar con los ejercicios de rango de movimiento prescritos

  • Medir y preparar dietas especiales

  • Comprender el cuidado de la demencia

  • Cuidado de incontinencia

Cualificaciones y habilidades:

·  Certificado de asistente de salud en el hogar (HHA) o certificación de asistente de enfermería (CNA) (Requerido)

·  Capacidad para leer, escribir, hablar y comprender inglés según sea necesario para el trabajo. (Preferido)

·  Poseer una licencia de conducir válida y un automóvil asegurado (Preferido)
