Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Assist clients with walking, mobility, and safe transfers.
Prepare light meals and encourage proper nutrition.
Complete light housekeeping and laundry.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
Help clients maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

Active CNA or HHA certification.
