As an Experienced Caregiver, you will provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients who require a higher level of assistance with daily living—helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities (Non-medical Care Only)

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred)

  • Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning

  • Provide care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s, offering patience, structure, and reassurance

  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship

  • Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks)

  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients

As an experienced caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
