Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Join Our Team at Gravitas!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Gravitas. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

CNA Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

  • Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

CNA Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in a healthcare setting

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
