Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) - Escort Facility: Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY Shift: Full-Time, Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Salary: $20 per hour About the Role Join our compassionate team at Briarcliff Manor Center as a Home Health Aide Escort, where you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by escorting them safely to and from clinic and dialysis appointments. This position offers meaningful work with a structured morning schedule and the opportunity to make a positive impact every day. Be knowledgeable of residents' DNR/DNI status, ensuring all DNR’s have a non-hospital DNR form with them. Proactively advocate for residents at the clinic to ensure all needs are met and communicate challenges to the facility as needed. Represent Briarcliff Manor Center at all times, adhering to facility policies and procedures, as well as abuse laws, both on and off facility property. Additional clinic visits may be required depending on facility needs. Advise the Clinic Coordinator between appointments if assigned to unit staff duty. Requirements: Current NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required. CNA certification preferred. Ability to perform all tasks and duties of a Home Health Aide.
