We are currently hiring Level 3 Caregivers in the Pittsburgh area to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs
Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members
Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, personalized care

What We're Looking For

Compassionate and dependable individuals
Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors preferred
Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance***
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test
Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting, transferring, pushing, and/or pulling 150+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred experience safely operating mobility and transfer equipment, including Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and other assistive devices used to support client mobility and safe transfers
