7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Part-Time Night Shift)

8-Hour Shifts

7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shift)
3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Part-Time Evening Shift)
11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time Night Shift)

Responsibilities of the Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Take and record vital signs.
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications for Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)

Current Maryland Certified Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) certification required.
Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
