The North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties, as defined by the State of Florida, will be performed, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other basic care needs.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents, families, and caregivers.

  • Assist with medication administration, as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience for residents.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's values, including respect, empathy, and compassion.
