Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Weekend Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Weekend Shift team at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 5-star rated facility dedicated to delivering the highest standard of compassionate care in Cranford, New Jersey.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will work under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care, encouraging independence, dignity, and respect. Your weekend shifts will be filled with opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Assist with mealtime and feeding residents as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
