Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration to ensure every staff member is empowered to deliver their best work.
Champion patient excellence by overseeing clinical workflows and safety standards, ensuring every individual who walks through our doors receives high-quality, evidence-based care.
Optimize clinic operations through strategic staffing and workload distribution, maintaining a seamless environment where both patients and providers feel supported.
Drive continuous improvement by partnering with physicians and administrative leadership to refine clinic processes, identifying opportunities to enhance care delivery and team efficiency.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
