Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
Registered with the Guardian Registry.
Must have a current, valid TB test.

The HHA will provide routine individualized healthcare based on a care plan set by LPN to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home or in a care facility.
