Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
  • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.

Mathews, Virginia Hiring Range $15.60 - $20.25/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Riverside's Nurse Aide Program is intended to transition new hires from Hospitality Assistants to fully licensed Certified Nurse Aides. In this program, you will begin by working as a Hospitality Assistant in a labor pool (as needed) status until your scheduled course begins. The course is an accelerated 4-week program that will teach you the skills and knowledge needed to take and pass your CNA boards. Classes require full-time day shift hours (participants are paid for all course and clinical hours). Following the completion of the program and passing the Virginia Board of Nursing – Nurse Aide exam, you will move into a full-time or part-time CNA position at the location in which you are hired. Full-time CNA positions require a 12-month work commitment and part-time requires an 18-month work commitment upon graduation. Status is determined by facility need. The work commitment must be fulfilled in a Lifelong Health facility (skilled rehab, long term care, or assisted living). Positions in home health or acute care do not qualify for the Earn and Learn program.
