Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
  • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.

Overview Serving as a Home Health Aide CNA for hospice patients requires a uniquely compassionate person—someone who can manage daily care needs while providing a sense of comfort, stability, and normalcy within the patient’s home. Practically, this role means working as part of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Cares for and maintains client’s environment by avoiding environmental hazards, using restraints properly, and consistently using infection control procedures and barriers. Recognizes abnormal signs and symptoms of common disease conditions and communicates accurately and with timeliness. Provides and maintains basic nutrition and oral fluid intake. Recognizes emergencies and responds demonstrating knowledge of emergency procedures. Completes documentation according to guidelines. Qualifications Education: Completion of a Board approved nursing assistant training program. Licensure Current CNA and ability to meet state Home Health Aide Certification required.
