Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Night Shift, Full-Time (36 hours/week)

About Our Women’s Services Unit:
Located within Betty H. Cameron Women & Children’s Hospital, our 20-bed Women’s Services unit is a place where compassionate, family-centered care meets clinical excellence.

 

Patient Population: Women experiencing acute obstetric and gynecologic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and other women’s health needs.

 

Unit Culture: Strong teamwork, shared decision-making, and a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and initiate appropriate, individualized treatment plans
  • Support patients and families with clear discharge education to ensure understanding of care instructions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote safe, high‑quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient status, interventions, and any changes in condition
  • Provide care on a 20‑bed unit 

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course, preferred.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred. 
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
