Join a Team with Heart
Step into a dynamic Neuro Intermediate Care Unit where teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care come together to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients with complex neurological conditions. Our Neuro Intermediate Unit provides specialized care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring than a medical-surgical unit, offering nurses the opportunity to strengthen their clinical assessment skills while working alongside a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Nurses on this unit care for patients with a variety of neurological diagnoses, including acute stroke, seizure disorders, traumatic brain injuries, neurosurgical recovery, spinal conditions, altered mental status, and other complex neurological illnesses requiring continuous monitoring and specialized care. This is an ideal environment for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy caring for higher-acuity patients, and are passionate about advancing their knowledge in neuroscience and intermediate care.
