Perform thorough patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor patients throughout their hospitalization. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments. Collaborate with physicians, case management, rehabilitation services, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge planning to support successful recovery. Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene promptly to ensure patient safety. Maintain accurate documentation while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced acute care setting. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Current valid North Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact license required. One year of medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience preferred.
