Location Details

  • Location: Brunswick Medical Center
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Shift: 6pm-6am, hours may flex

Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.


What We're Looking For

  • Education:4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred.  Graduate Degree, preferred. 
  • Experience:Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. 
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. 
  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
