HHA / PCA Qualifications:

Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide OR (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
Current Photo ID & Social Security card
Drug screen (last 6 months)
Complete physical (within the last 6mo)
2 reference letters (Personal or Professional)

HHA / PCA Responsibilities:

Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Social Interaction

Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.
