About the Role

We are seeking compassionate Overnight Caregivers for established clients in the Pontiac area. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support including personal care, mobility assistance, toileting assistance, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and overnight safety monitoring. Your role is crucial in providing reassurance, responding to client needs, and helping clients remain safely at home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.

  • Monitor client safety throughout the night and report any changes in condition to the office.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in a client's condition.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office team.

  • Follow each client's individualized care plan while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.

  • Participate in paid orientation, ongoing education, and training opportunities.
