Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate. NRP within 6 mo. of hire. STABLE within 6 mo of hire
• Neonatal nursing experience preferred.

• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Pre-Admit Staff Nurse - Per Diem

Coordinates the pre-admission process in collaboration with Physician’s offices, Patient Registration Department, Anesthesia, and Surgical Services Departments. Coordinates healthcare services for patients in need of additional education or resources for the management of their disease in advance of an impending procedure. Coordinates educational resources, provider orders and ensures proper testing, labs, imaging, and medical records are completed and results are available prior to scheduled procedures.
