This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through attentive, client-centered support delivered in a home setting. You will play an important part in helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and routine while contributing to consistent, compassionate care and clear communication around client wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized in-home care tailored to each client's daily needs.
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living tasks.
Prepare light meals and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
Offer companionship and monitor client wellbeing during scheduled split shifts.
Document care provided and report any health or behavior changes promptly.

Required Qualifications

Experience providing home care to clients in their homes and following individualized care plans.
Hands-on experience assisting clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
Background providing companionship care, including support for clients with dementia.
Experience preparing light meals for clients and helping maintain a safe home environment.
Reliable transportation for in-home care visits.
Availability for the full split shift of 10am-12pm and 5pm-7pm on Monday and Thursday through Sunday.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Comfortable using care documentation and reporting systems.
CNA, HHA, active CPR, or other state caregiver credential.
Fluency in Spanish.

Get paid weekly. 401K.
