JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN plays a key role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring efficient patient flow, and supporting both clinical and operational needs in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Provides health education and guidance to patients and families based on individual care plans. Facilitates communication between patients and care teams using phone, portal, and EMR systems. Supervises and provide clinical guidance to support staff as needed. Assists in maintaining inventory, clinic supplies, and medication stock. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory standards. Collaborates with leadership to stay current on best practices and maintain readiness for Inspections.
