Job Description​

Saint Luke’s Health System ENT clinic is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team! This position will support our Plaza campus.  This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone to learn quickly while managing multiple tasks.  The ideal candidate will be able to handle the pace with a positive attitude, be a strong team player, and help ensure our patients know they are your priority.

This position is full time Monday-Friday, with no holidays or weekends.

 

Specific duties include

·         Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor.

·         Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals

·         Administer injections and coordinate vaccines

·         Assist providers with procedures

·         Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents

·         Conduct telephone screening (with protocols)

·         Cover front office responsibilities as needed

Complete surgery prior authorizations

Other duties as assigned

Some travel may be required
