Experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting, including strong telephone triage and patient communication skills.
  • Experience with medication refills, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance information.

Education

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Licensures/Certifications

  • Current Pennsylvania RN license.
  • Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.

Communicates problems or concerns to the Team Leader or physician. Identifies and communicates patient related issues to Team Leader or physician.
