She does on occasion sits in a chair and needs assistance transferring with a Hoyer lift. She will need assistance with personal care, changing and emptying catheter bag, bathing, repositioning, light exercises, meal planning and preparation, along with other ADL's. The caregiver will be responsible for monitoring fluid intake, observing and reporting any change in condition as she has ongoing issues with UTI's.
