Job Summary:

Flawless Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for a client in Coal City, Illinois. As a Caregiver with our agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and safety.

About the Role:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as directed

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance, when needed

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition

• Complete visit documentation using our mobile care app

• Follow each client's individualized care plan with compassion, professionalism, and respect

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation

• Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed

• Provide companionship and social support

• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition

• Complete visit documentation and maintain accurate records

Schedule:

• We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Applicants may apply for the day shift, evening shift, or both. Additional hours may become available based on client needs.
