We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) - Russian Speaking to join our team in Brooklyn, New York, USA. About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) - Russian Speaking, you will play a critical role in our patient care team, providing one-on-one assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and medication management. You will work closely with our patients and their families to ensure that their needs are met, and that they receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the case manager and healthcare team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in Russian

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent required
Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New York
