As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. We are a 180-bed facility that participates in Medicare and Medicaid, and we are committed to placing our patients on the rapid road to recovery.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients

  • Coordinating patient care with other departments and healthcare providers

  • Providing leadership and guidance to ensure that our patients receive exceptional care

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
