Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will make a meaningful impact every day by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting resident information
Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity
Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship
Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
High School Diploma or GED
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required
