The LPN provides physician support and nursing care to a designated patient population through treatments, medication administration, patient data collection, care coordination, and other clinical responsibilities under the direction of a provider or registered nurse. What you'll do

  • Provide direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration within LPN scope of practice.
  • Collect and document patient data accurately and efficiently.
  • Support providers with clinical procedures, patient flow, and care coordination.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and operational excellence.
