Weekend Hospice RN or LPN Full Time: On-Call Weekends St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas The Weekend Hospice Nurse is responsible for coordinating and providing patient care using the nursing process, which includes intake, assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
