Responsibilities:

Provide skilled and compassionate care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Requirements:

Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
High school diploma or equivalent required; education and experience in a related field (nursing, social work, or healthcare) a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
