Registered Nurse -Field Supervisor

$55 - $65 / hour

As a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) at AMADA Senior Care, you will help us deliver on our promise to create a safe and nurturing environment for our clients while providing compassionate care through a highly personalized care experience. These goals will be achieved by performing all nurse assessments as required by the state and long-term care insurance policies, developing an individualized care plan, performing supervisory visits, and providing training to our caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

· RN Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status, medical history, and specific care needs as required by the state and Long-Term Care Policies.

· Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the clients and their families.

· Client Advocacy: Act as an advocate for our clients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected throughout their care journey. Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to promote the client's well-being.

· Compliance Oversight: Stay current with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing non-medical home care services. Ensure strict adherence to these guidelines throughout all aspects of care delivery. Support home care agency licensure processes and requirements.

· Caregiver Training: Facilitate training programs and workshops for our caregivers to enhance their knowledge of non-medical care. Focus on best practices, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.

· Quality Assurance: Monitor care delivery to ensure it aligns with the established care plans and regulatory standards. Regular evaluations should be conducted, and adjustments must be made to enhance the quality of care provided.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, care plans, and caregiver training sessions. Prepare reports for management detailing the outcomes of assessments and compliance measures.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in caregiver training, compliance procedures, and care delivery. Suggest and implement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for our clients.

Qualifications

· Valid and active RN license in New Jersey.

· Proven experience in conducting thorough assessments and developing care plans.

· Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards in non-medical home care.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support caregivers.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care delivery.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

· Knowledge of Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) assessments is a plus.

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Unit Manager to lead and coordinate clinical operations on a designated unit within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The Unit Manager ensures high-quality resident care, supervises nursing staff, and maintains regulatory compliance while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
