As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Day (United States of America) Location Outpatient Center in New Lenox Job Description This is a part-time day shift position working variable weekdays with a variable start time. It is a blend of patient facing and back office work. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years for RN experience to be considered for an interview. This position provides Relationship Based Care for patients/families with acute and chronic diseases, disorders found in the pediatric and adolescent into young adult populations. Utilizes enhanced specialty knowledge and skills to provide nursing excellence to patients within designated patient care area(s). Evaluates and documents changes to the plan. 3. Develops or individualizes teaching plans/protocols to meet patient and family learning needs.
